Wonen aan de Côte d'Azur is a Dutch company and we have been active in the South of France since 2006. Our goal is to promote new flats on the Côte d'Azur. We help people with an international lifestyle in their search for a new villa, penthouse, flat and guide them through the selection, the viewings to the purchase at the notary. Our international team is ready to send you quickly and adequately the right information of the house you are looking for.
We are proud to say that after twelve years we are one of the largest providers of new construction on the Côte d'Azur and work for most French national property developers. Our role is to promote their projects abroad and to accompany the purchase. Because we add a weekly selection of luxury family villas and new flats including penthouses along the Cote d'Azur, you will only find projects that are really worthwhile. That means a flat close to the beach and local amenities, sometimes with a swimming pool or private gym, but always in a convenient location where we select as many as possible with a small or large sea view.
